➢ DAY VISITORS
No Day Visitors are allowed. No exceptions!

➢ NOISE POLICY
Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum – no loud mingling!
▪ No loud music is allowed, sound systems, speakers and/or music equipment are allowed on the premises or in the apartments. Non-compliance will result in vacating the premises immediately.
▪ Should a refund matter arise by the complaintive guest this will be on behalf of the non-complying guest/reservation before vacating the premises/check-out.

➢ CLEANING
▪ Covid 19 Regulations – Only basic essential cleaning will be permitted.
▪ BODY FLUIDS SPILSS – Body fluids, including blood, vomit, etc. is all considered potentially contaminated. Therefore, spills of these fluid will be cleaned by the offender (out of humanity) or R500 cleaning fee will be charged
additionally.

➢ SLEEPER COUCHES & LINNEN
Extra bedding/linen/blankets and facecloths are not provided.
Sleeper couches and extra mattresses not available.
Extra mattresses not allowed.
No mattresses, any linen or cushions are allowed to be taken outside.

➢ SMOKING
▪ No smoking in the apartments is allowed. Designated smoking areas at all patio/balcony areas.
▪ No smoking of hubbly bubbly in the apartment is allowed.
▪ Fee will be charged for non-compliance.

➢ PARKING
▪ NO allocated parking.

➢ SWIMMING POOL
▪ Only overnight guests have use of the pool.
▪ Bathing costumes must be always worn.
▪ Please do not use the establishment’s towels at the pool.
▪ Any damages to the pool will be for the account of the offender.
▪ No own beverages – Licensed bar at the pool.
▪ No children are allowed without adult supervision.
▪ Pool will be closed sundown – Time depending on nature.

➢ No pets are allowed.

➢ Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Failure to comply will result in vacating the premises.

➢ No skateboards, bicycles are allowed in the hallways.

➢ No four-wheelers are permitted on the property.

➢ Speed limit of 10 km/h – Please be cautious of the children.

➢ ILLEGAL DRUGS
Use of any form of illegal drug is prohibited on the premises of Palm Valley Inn or any guest entering the premises
under the influence of illegal drugs.
Non-compliance will result in overhanding to the authorities and being asked to vacate the premises.

The nearest restaurants and malls are approximately 1.5 km from our establishment.
For our corporate guests with prior arrangements a breakfast, lunch box or meal vouchers can be prepared.

CHECK-IN
TIME – 14H00 – 20H00
▪ Please arrange if check in will be after 18H00.
▪ Booking 3 Adults and more – Name list required before check-in
▪ Proof of Identification required for each guest with check-in
▪ Booking with a credit card – The credit card that was used for the booking must be present with check-in.
The name on the card and the guest ID to match.
Breakage/Key deposit – R400.00. Not applicable on corporate bookings.
Deposit refunded as per method paid when they keys is returned / if there were no damages/breakages in the apartment.
▪ Please use the electronic gate at the parking area after hour.

CHECK-OUT
TIME – 08H00 – 10H00
▪ For departure before 08h00 please inform reception one day in advance.
▪ Inform reception 30 min before departing, for controller to scan the apartment.
▪ Any broken/missing items are payable prior to departure according to the Inventory List fees in this director.
▪ The key and check-out form must be handed in at reception with the controller signature for the deposit refund.
▪ Hand in check-out discharge at gate controller.

GENERAL
Management cannot be held responsible for loss of items and even though it seems like we are isolated from the daily crime, no
one can be excluded. For precious belonging please use the electronic safe in the apartment.
The management of Palm Valley Inn do not accept liability for any damages, injury or death that may occur from entering or
using any facilities at this Inn.

A deposit payment is an indication of agreement and complying to the T&C, General Regulations and Cancellation Policy.
